Also at this time we are NOT accepting original Vampire characters that are not in the books. This is because our numbers are a little unbalanced. All who wish to be new Vampire characters need to sign up as a human character first. There will be oppertunities to be bitten later on.

If applying for an original character, please do not use the names of characters in the books. We regret that we will be unable to accept any "new" Cullens or Hales - regardless of whether or not they use the actual name(s) - or those closely linked to existing characters, due to the fact that their stories may clash with the books. We wish to stay as faithful as possible to Stephenie's work.
This also means that we cannot have any human characters who are meant to have been friends of the Cullens before Bella arrived.

The option is only listed here in order to allow those signing up to apply for Nahuel.We are also not accepting original Vampire characters currently as our numbers are inbalanced. However we have a system that allows human characters to be bitten later on. Anyone wishing to play an original Vampire character will therefore need to sign up as a human first and be bitten later on. The option remains here for the Canon Vampires only.

History:
Please wherever possible, avoid your characters having green eyes, being an orphan, emancipated minor, abandoned child or having air or road accidents in their past. We have a lot of characters with these things included in their character details and to have any more at this time would be a little unrealistic. Please try not to make their histories too tragic either. Any mention of drugs, drink, illegal activities etc. will cause the application to be declined.

When applying for a (CANON) Vampire, please remember that they only ever have red (Non-Vegetarian) or gold (Vegetarian) eyes, and both variations will always darken when the Vampire is thirsty. They do not become any other color at any time. Vampires are always pale. If applying for a Quileute, Sioux or Iroquois character, please remember that the majority of them have darker complexions, hair and eyes. Humans do not have red or gold eyes. No species have eyes that change with moods or the weather. The only changes in appearence happen when a Vampire is thirsty, or when a Shapeshifter phases.

A Roleplay is a piece of pass-along fiction in which you control only your own character(s). Your writing does not need to be very long, a paragraph or two will be enough. But the more detail included, the greater your chance of being accepted. In order to avoid confusion caused by too many people writing in first person ('I sat down'), Equinox instead uses writing in third person. ('He sat down').
